Pyroclast Margarita
The Pyroclast tomato at 250,000 SHU delivers habanero-level heat in a fresh fruit — perfect for muddling into a margarita. The tomato's natural acidity and umami deepen the drink beyond what sliced jalapeño can do.

Tips
- Use Ember (SS-TOM-01) for a milder version at 5,000 SHU.
- The capsaicin is alcohol-soluble — the heat intensifies as you drink.
Capsaicin dissolves readily in ethanol, which is why the heat from a muddled Pyroclast slice distributes evenly through the drink rather than concentrating in pulp chunks. The agave's fructose provides mild TRPV1 receptor relief between sips.
