Pyroclast Jerk Marinade

Traditional jerk relies on Scotch bonnet peppers for heat. Pyroclast tomato delivers the same 250,000 SHU intensity but adds a fruity tomato note that deepens the marinade's allspice-thyme-citrus base.

Science Note

Allspice (eugenol) and capsaicin activate different TRP channels — TRPV1 and TRPA1 respectively. The combined activation creates the layered 'warm-hot' sensation characteristic of jerk cuisine.
