The Full Lineup

Ten tiers span the heat spectrum from 3 million SHU to 13 million SHU. At the lower tiers you’ll find tropical fruit notes and approachable warmth—specimens that reward culinary experimentation. By Tier 5 the capsaicin fraction crosses 50%, and flavor gives way to raw heat. Above Tier 7 you are in clinical territory: these specimens exist for research, endurance challenges, and bragging rights.

Tasting Flights

A tasting flight is a curated set of three to five specimens designed to be experienced in sequence. Flights let you feel how capsaicinoid profiles shift across tiers—how fruit notes give way to metallic heat, how onset speed accelerates, and how the body’s pain response evolves as SHU climbs. We’re developing several pre-built flight configurations, from beginner-friendly introductions (Tiers 1–3) to full-spectrum progressions that span the entire lineup. You’ll also be able to build your own flight with the Flight Builder.

Individual Specimens

Every specimen is available as a standalone sample. Each ships with HPLC-verified capsaicinoid data, tasting notes, onset and duration curves, and tier-appropriate handling instructions. Whether you want a single Tier 1 Verbal Warning to try in a hot sauce recipe or a Tier 10 D.N.R. for a controlled endurance challenge, individual specimens are the most flexible way to experience the lineup.

Pricing & Availability

Final pricing has not been announced. Specimens are produced in small batches, and availability will be limited—especially at the upper tiers, where yield per plant drops dramatically. Pre-order registrants will receive pricing and production timeline updates before public availability. We anticipate sharing more details soon.
